FINE JEWELRY ORDERS
We proudly design and make all our jewelry in the U.S. Most Fine Jewelry orders are made to order. Full payment shall be collected before the order can go into production or Shipped out. If not in stock, Fine Jewelry orders can take from 2-3 weeks to produce and ship depending on the type of model. If you need to receive your order before the estimated time, you can submit a request in the comments section of the order page. We really appreciate your business, If this is possible, we will be happy to accommodate you at no extra charge.
HIGH FASHION JEWELRY ORDERS
All High fashion Jewelry orders may be shipped sooner than Fine Jewelry ones, they can be shipped the next business day if the item is in stock or it can take no more than 3 weeks since we make all our jewelry in the U.S.. Once we receive your order and the payment is completed you will receive an email with the confirmation as well as another email with the tracking number once the order is shipped out.
Orders for fine and high fashion jewelry placed around the holidays might take longer than the usual estimated times but we know that a present on the right date is important so if you order last minute we will be working around the clock to make sure your jewelry is shipped out as soon as possible.
PERSONALIZED JEWELRY ORDERS
All Personalized Jewelry orders from Fine or High Fashion collection must be fully paid once the order is placed. We used our choice of gothic, block or handwritten font as noted on the product description. Additional letters or customizations can be made upon request and as it is possible. ORO BY LU will position the letters with the sizing and direction that works best for the piece, unless otherwise requested and instructed by the customer at the time the order is placed. If you have a special font, symbol or logo that you would like engraved, we can also accommodate you upon request, since not all request are equal we will contact you directly to make sure we get all your ideas clear so we can meet or exceed your expectations.
All custom and personalized items are made by hand and laser so there may be slight imperfections once finished.
Custom pieces on the web might be slightly different than the finished product.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Pay Pal. We do not accept checks or money orders but if this is your only way of payment you can send us an email and we surely will accommodate you. Full payment is required before any order is placed for production.
SHIPPING
An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once the package leave ORO BY LU. We appreciate your business so domestic ground shipping is complementary in any of our orders.
All overnight or 2nd day delivery orders are available for a fee. We want to make sure your jewelry arrives safe to you, so orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders over $1000 require a signature upon delivery, this is to protect your precious investment, if you prefer to waive this service please send us an email specifying that you wish to be responsible for the package. If your package has "signature require" please make sure you or someone else is available to receive the order as ORO BY LU is can not be responsible for delayed packages or any other issues that can involve your order once the box leave ORO BY LU. We know things can happen, so If your order is sent back to ORO BY LU by the shipping company for failure to deliver, we will contact you directly to make sure your jewelry will arrive safe to you on the second attempt. ORO BY LU may not use shipping accounts provided by the customer.

Our goal is for you to love your ORO BY LU jewelry and to have an outstanding buying experience, we work hard to maintain our website as accurate and current as possible. However, some information may contain errors, inaccurate images or descriptions or may not be current. ORO BY LU, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update the wrong information at any time without prior notice, even if your order is already submitted and paid.
We work hard to maintain our on line store up to date with promotions and system integrations, In the event that any of our pieces are/is listed incorrectly, due to price or description, or due to a system error, ORO BY LU shall have the right to adjust, refuse or cancel the sale whether or not your order has been confirmed and/or your payment completed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
FINE JEWELRY/PERSONALIZED AND COSTUM JEWELRY
Certain fine jewelry pieces can be exchange within 14 days of purchase, at ORO BY LU discretion and without a restocking fee and after our expert jewelers inspect the piece and confirm that is the same product we ship to you. We have high standards of quality control, but if the piece is return because of defect, we will be happy to send you a shipping label to exchange the piece
Please be aware that because leather is a natural material, slight discoloration, blemishes, imperfections, dents, or changes in texture may be visible. These imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws, as this is what makes each item beautiful and unique and as a result, the product can vary slightly from the pictures.
All of the bags are individually made, one piece at a time, hand stitched and finished by hand, therefore each product may differ slightly from the next, as each item is custom made.

High Fashion Jewelry may be exchanged for an on-line store credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to ORO BY LU’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition and packaging that it was purchased. If you purchased a ORO BY LU piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, please bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased, we only provide our jewelry to retailers with good customer service. If the retailer exchange policy is not satisfactory to you, please email us at info@orobylu.com and expose your case, we will be happy to contact the retailer and try to find a fair solution for you and each individual situation will be treated on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from OROBYLU.COM.
REPAIRS
We know accidents happen, so if you need to repair any of your ORO BY LU jewelry, we can do it for you for a repair fee accordingly. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ORO BY LU, unless it is within 30 days of delivery and it has been clearly determined that there was a defect in production of the item. ORO BY LU High Fashion Jewelry requires special care as it is either plated or gold filled, if you need ORO BY LU to re-plate your pieces, we can do it as a courtesy within 30 days of delivery. Shipping cost for re-plating should be paid by the customer.

PROMOTIONS
Any promotions offered by ORO BY LU will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. ORO BY LU reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. Our giveaways or promotions are design to reward the loyalty and business of our customers, If ORO BY LU determines a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused by an individual, we have the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user. Only one discount or coupon per order. Our offers are designed with the best intentions and is our way to "Thank you" for your business.
MODIFICATION OF SERVICE AND TERMINATION
As our name states it, "Oro" which mean "Gold" in Spanish, refers to this precious metal which is our main material specially in our Fine Jewelry, since most Fine Jewelry pieces are made to order we reserve the right to change the prices when significant gold costs change. Once you had purchase the item, unless there was an error in the system or something of that nature, we will honor the price once the order is completed. ORO BY LU reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without previous notice. ORO BY LU shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, discontinuance of the service, order cancelation or any other needed action to protect the integrity of the company against users that violate the Terms and Conditions determined by ORO BY LU.
