FINE JEWELRY ORDERS
We proudly design and make all our jewelry in the U.S. Most Fine Jewelry orders are made to order. Full payment shall be collected before the order can go into production or Shipped out. If not in stock, Fine Jewelry orders can take from 2-3 weeks to produce and ship depending on the type of model. If you need to receive your order before the estimated time, you can submit a request in the comments section of the order page. We really appreciate your business, If this is possible, we will be happy to accommodate you at no extra charge.
HIGH FASHION JEWELRY ORDERS
All High fashion Jewelry orders may be shipped sooner than Fine Jewelry ones, they can be shipped the next business day if the item is in stock or it can take no more than 3 weeks since we make all our jewelry in the U.S.. Once we receive your order and the payment is completed you will receive an email with the confirmation as well as another email with the tracking number once the order is shipped out.
Orders for fine and high fashion jewelry placed around the holidays might take longer than the usual estimated times but we know that a present on the right date is important so if you order last minute we will be working around the clock to make sure your jewelry is shipped out as soon as possible.
PERSONALIZED JEWELRY ORDERS
All Personalized Jewelry orders from Fine or High Fashion collection must be fully paid once the order is placed. We used our choice of gothic, block or handwritten font as noted on the product description. Additional letters or customizations can be made upon request and as it is possible. ORO BY LU will position the letters with the sizing and direction that works best for the piece, unless otherwise requested and instructed by the customer at the time the order is placed. If you have a special font, symbol or logo that you would like engraved, we can also accommodate you upon request, since not all request are equal we will contact you directly to make sure we get all your ideas clear so we can meet or exceed your expectations.
All custom and personalized items are made by hand and laser so there may be slight imperfections once finished.
Custom pieces on the web might be slightly different than the finished product.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Pay Pal. We do not accept checks or money orders but if this is your only way of payment you can send us an email and we surely will accommodate you. Full payment is required before any order is placed for production.
