Certain fine jewelry pieces can be exchange within 14 days of purchase, at ORO BY LU discretion and without a restocking fee and after our expert jewelers inspect the piece and confirm that is the same product we shipped to you. We have high standards of quality control, but if the piece is return because of defect, we will be happy to send you a shipping label to exchange the piece.

High Fashion Jewelry may be exchanged for an on-line store credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to ORO BY LU’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition and packaging that it was purchased. If you purchased a ORO BY LU piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, please bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased, we only provide our jewelry to retailers with good customer service. If the retailer exchange policy is not satisfactory to you, please email us at info@orobylu.com and expose your case, we will be happy to contact the retailer and try to find a fair solution for you and each individual situation will be treated on a case by case basis.
